The ALOFT is directly attached to the convention center.
Hotel reservations will be made directly through each Hotel. Please find details for individual hotels below. Please be sure to use a secure Wi-Fi connection when booking
your accommodations. It is not recommended to use a public Wi-Fi connection, or to book on a mobile device (e.g. a smartphone or tablet). Always notify your bank or credit
union in advance of international travel, to avoid any declined transactions or service interruptions.
Please note: From December 21st, Quintana Roo’s government has implemented a new mandatory lodging charge of $ 26.6 mexican pesos (aprox USD 1.50) per room per night, under
the concept “Environmental Sanitation Rights." This new charge will have to be paid directly by each guest at the hotel.

A reservation charge will be made directly by each hotel to guarantee your room. The charge will be made in Mexican Pesos, there might be a slight difference due to exchange rate.
The balance for room reservations will be paid directly at the hotel, upon check out.
Our official hotels are considered in the Mexican zero-tax program for foreign attendants, meaning they are exempt from the 16% Value Added Tax (IVA in Spanish),
related to accommodations from May 8th to May 16th, in the official hotels.
To obtain this benefit, you must fulfill the following requirements upon hotel check-in:
- Present the migratory document (FMT in Spanish) which was issued and stamped by Mexican immigration authorities when entering the country.
- Present your Passport
- Pay with a credit card issued abroad, cash payments do not qualify for tax exemption
Change deadline: April 26th 2019, no changes will be accepted after this date. All changes are subject to availability and charges.
Cancellation deadline: April 5th 2019, an administrative charge of 6% of the amount paid will apply. Refund will be issued to the same credit
card charged. After this date the reservation charge will not be refunded.
- Any change or cancellation must be notified by e-mail to the hotel directly.
Early check-outs not notified before April 5th will generate a charge for the total amount of the original reservation dates.

The personal information provided is protected by the Mexican Law for the Federal Protection of Personal Information Managed by Third Parties (LFPDPPP in Spanish).
For Mexican delegates please consider an additional 16% tax (IVA).
All rooms are subject to availability.
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Late arrival Guarantee: Reservations are guaranteed for late arrival. Failure to check-in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in the Reservation charge penalty and the
cancellation of the room for the remainder of the stay.
Unscheduled early departures may incur additional charges; please verify with hotel upon arrival.
All room rates are subject to the appropriate taxes and occupancy fees including any tourism and resort fees in effect at the time of check-in.
Rate include applicable taxes. Any change in taxes will be covered by the guest.
There are a limited number of rooms with the preferential rates. Book as soon as possible.
