Dr. Iwasaki is a Professor in the Cooperative Major in Advanced Biomedical Sciences, Joint Graduate School of Tokyo Women’s Medical University – Waseda University (2014- present), a Professor of the Department of Modern Mechanical Engineering (2018-present), and a Professor (2018-present) and the Chair (2019-present) of the Department of Integrative Bioscience and Biomedical Engineering. Dr. Iwasaki is the Director of the Institute of Medical Regulatory Science at Waseda University (2021-present). Brief Introduction: He received a Doctor of Engineering from Waseda University in 2002. After receiving PhD, he worked at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, as a research scientist from 2004 to 2006. He won several prizes at International Conferences including Awards for Science and Technology (Research Category), The Commendation for Science and Technology by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in 2021.
