    Introduction: The management of knee ligament injuries continues to evolve, and much controversy persists over many factors such as the timing of surgery, repair versus reconstruction, surgical technique, prehabilitation, postoperative rehabilitation, graft selection, and different types of fixations.

Objectives: The main objective of this “Meet the Expert” is to update on the best management strategies for knee ligament injuries and comprehend the importance of the clinical presentation and physical examination findings of the knee with ligamentous injury, based on the best available evidence and sample Clinical Case presentations and discussion. Topics such as the role of the anterolateral ligament and lateral extra-articular tenodesis; combined with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, medial collateral ligament injuries associated with Anterior or Posterior cruciate ligament Reconstruction, injuries of the posterolateral corner and management of the multiligament-injured will be discussed by the international faculties and attendees. Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to understand/evaluate/describe/recognize/examine knee ligaments, helping guide surgical decision-making.
