Patrick Robinson is an orthopaedic surgery registrar at the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom and studied medicine at the University of Glasgow. During his orthopaedic surgery training he was awarded an MSc by Research from the University of Edinburgh for his study of patient reported outcome metrics used in hip arthroscopy. He is a member of the UK-based International Olympic Committee (IOC) research centre and co-authored the IOC consensus on injury and illness reporting in golf while acting as the PGA European Tour research fellow. He is also on the European Tour medical roster. Patrick has an interest in healthcare policy and recently spent a year working in government as a leadership fellow during which time he was awarded an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.
