Dr. Todd (TJ) Phillips was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. He double majored in Biomedical Engineering and Statistics at the University of Virginia before attending the Medical College of Virginia, graduating in 2019. He is currently an orthopedics resident at Baylor College of Medicine and is applying for his sports medicine fellowship this upcoming academic year.
