The common treatment of ligament insufficiencies of the knee is ligament refixation or reconstruction. In patients with malalignment in the sagittal, coronal, or axial plane additional osteotomies, either alone or in combination with ligament reconstructions, might be required to achieve a stable knee. Participants will be able to understand the indications and techniques of osteotomies for the treatment of ligament insufficiencies of the knee.
