I am an epidemiologist currently working on research projects regarding the health impacts of exercise such as long-distance running in people and the development of interventions as well as policies to promote individuals' health conditions. Recently, I have also become keen on respiratory and sleep medicine, as well as big data analyses of epidemiological outcomes. Up to date, my research work has received the best abstract award from the 5th King’s John Price Paediatric Respiratory Conference (2019) in London.
