McMaster University St-Denis-de-Brompton, QC CANADA Dr. Bourgeault-Gagnon completed his MD and orthopedic surgery training at University of Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, followed by a fellowship in hip and knee arthroscopic surgery at the North Sydney Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center, in Sydney, Australia. He then completed a two-year hip arthroscopy clinical and research fellowship at McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, where he also obtained an MSc in Health Research Methodology. He started his academic practice in University of Sherbrooke in 2025, with a research and clinical focus on hip preservation surgery.
