Dr. Sachin Tapasvi, a leading arthroplasty & arthroscopy surgeon in Pune, India, boasting of fellowships garnered in India and abroad, completed MBBS and M.S. (Ortho) from B.J. Medical College, Pune with Gold Medals for topping the university in both courses. He then went on to complete his D.N.B., M.N.A.M.S and then A.F.A.O.A. (Australia). He was honoured with the Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (F.R.C.S.), in July 2016. He consults in arthritis, sports medicine, arthroscopy and arthroplasty with premier hospitals. For the quest and spread of true knowledge, he trains four fellows annually in his most sought after ISAKOS approved fellowship program, while he himself updates his knowledge and skills - conducting and attending national and international conferences. The premier arthroscopy course, ‘Pune Knee Course’ is his initiative. He is also involved in lot of research activities and has authored many book chapters, articles and research papers. He has assumed responsibilities in executive membership roles of various prestigious national and international orthopaedic organisations like the ISAKOS, Asia Pacific Knee Society, APOA, Indian Association of Sports Medicine, Indian Arthroscopy Society, etc.
