He is a director of the North Shore Knee Clinic and Sydney Orthopaedic Research Institute. Brett specialises in all aspects of knee surgery, with a particular focus on complex ligament reconstruction, biological knee reconstruction and robotic assisted arthroplasty. Brett has extensive publications in the field of knee surgery and is a reviewer for the AJSM, JISAKOS, and The Knee.
