Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon working in the field of Sports Traumatology and Joint Surgery (reconstructive and prosthetic) of knee and shoulder. He carries out his assistance activity at the II Orthopedic and Traumatology Clinic of the Rizzoli Orthopedic Institute - Bologna. The research activity focuses mainly on the pathology of the knee and shoulder, in the fields of sports traumatology and prosthetic surgery. He collaborate with national and international working groups; he is referee of numerous international journals; he is Associate Editor of The Knee.
