Dr. Alexander Golant is a Clinical Associate Professor at NYU Langone Department of Orthopedic Surgery, in New York, NY, USA. He specializes in Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy, as well as Knee and Shoulder Reconstruction. He serves as a Director of Sports Education and Joint Preservation. Dr. Golant’s areas of interest and expertise include patellar instability, ACL surgery, meniscus repair and preservation, cartilage restoration, knee osteotomies, rotator cuff tears, shoulder labrum surgery, as well as knee and shoulder replacements. Dr. Golant serves as a volunteer team physician for the US National Ski Team.
