Greg is the Physiotherapy Director at the Fowler Kennedy Sports Medicine Clinic. He is fortunate to be able to work in the full spectrum of sport medicine from event coverage, clinical care, to applied sport medicine research and training.He works with the leadership team, colleagues and partners to develop expertise and deliver best practice care framed in the international standards outlined from IFOMPT and IFSPT to professional, recreational and varsity athletes.
Greg is also the Advanced Health Care Practice Field Lead in the innovative Sport and Exercise Medicine Master’s program. This program is the first of its kind in Canada providing an opportunity for physicians and physiotherapists train together and develop advanced sport medicine competencies.
He is an instructor, examiner and mentor in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopaedic level system. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists and has served various positions on the Executive for the National Orthopaedic Division of Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Greg is an author on several orthopaedic and sport medicine articles and has presented nationally and internationally. He has an ongoing research interest in lower extremity related pathology, prevention, prediction and prognosis in return to sport rehabilitation.
