In this highly interactive, discussion-based webinar, the ISAKOS Gender & Diversity Task Force will provide a balanced and global perspective on issues of gender, race, and culture for parenting in orthopaedics. You’ll learn how parenting is possible through examination of five essential themes. Faculty will explore the benefits of mentorship and the value of learning from each other’s experiences as they assess ways in which we can incorporate successful coping strategies into our individual workplaces. As this highly experienced faculty raises awareness about the potential difficulties that can compromise lifestyle, participants will gain insights regarding family planning and potential challenges, enabling junior trainees to plan accordingly.
