Dear ISAKOS Members,

It is a great honor to continue serving as Editor-in-Chief of this dynamic and rapidly growing journal. Over the past year, the collective efforts of our editorial team—alongside your invaluable contributions as authors and reviewers—have culminated in a significant milestone: a substantial increase in our journal’s impact factor. We are proud to share that JISAKOS now holds an impact factor of 3.3, a remarkable achievement given the relative youth of the publication.

We also successfully completed the inaugural Global Excellence in Authorship Cohort Program, which has fostered scholarly growth in diverse regions around the world. By empowering researchers from diverse global backgrounds, JISAKOS is not only enhancing the quality and relevance of the research it publishes but also promoting a more inclusive and collaborative scientific community. This initiative has already produced high-quality manuscripts that will be featured in JISAKOS in the coming year.

As a society, we take great pride in advancing inclusive excellence on a global scale. The future of JISAKOS is bright, and I am deeply honored to be part of this expanding platform for orthopaedic knowledge and innovation. Thank you all.
