The Fellowship program at the Hospital das Clinicas FMRP-USP, in Ribeirao Preto (SP, Brazil), provides knowledge and surgical experience through observation and participation (it is possible to scrub-in) in knee arthroscopies, osteotomies and arthroplasties. The team is also responsible for the treatment of pelvic and lower extremity trauma in an emergency tertiary level teaching hospital and the fellow may also assist those faculty doctors in different private hospitals around the city. There is no financial support for the program, so the fellow would need to use his own resources.
