The Department for Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at Charité -Universitätsmedizin Berlin offers comprehensive training across the full spectrum of shoulder and elbow surgery, including arthroscopic and open procedures, primary and revision arthroplasty, instability repair, rotator cuff reconstruction, tendon transfer and complex trauma. Fellows work alongside senior consultants across outpatient clinics and the operating room, with exposure to both routine and highly complex revision cases. Active participation in the department's clinical and radiological research projects is a required and integral part of the fellowship, with strong potential for co-authorship and publication.
