The Northumbria Hip Preservation Fellowship (6–12 months) offers 1:1 supervision with Mr Ajay Malviya, one of the UK's highest-volume PAO surgeons. Based mainly at Wansbeck General Hospital, fellows gain exposure to 75–80 PAOs, 150 hip arthroscopies and 200 arthroplasties annually, contributing to Northumbria and NAHR registry research, publication and presentation.
