Research projects, research facilities and resources, cadaver labs, publication opportunities, integration of the patient and public involvement, and the role of the fellow: The Fellows are encourage to attend and participate operations and have full access in the clinic's archive. It is desirable to be assigned in one or more topics and write an article during their fellowship
