Role of the fellow with respect to Clinical, Surgical, Research, and other opportunities: The fellow accompanies their allotted surgeon to clinic, ward rounds and the operating theatre. Occasional out of hours patient visits, surgical assisting, and ward rounds will occur.
There are no opportunities to be primary surgeon.
A successful research programme involves all the fellows. Most projects are clinically based but there are opportunities for biomechanics projects in Prof Andrew Amis lab at Imperial College. Taking part in research is a compulsory part of the fellowship.

Research projects, research facilities and resources, cadaver labs, publication opportunities, integration of the patient and public involvement, and the role of the fellow: Clinical outcome studies especially on pro-athletes
Biomechanics studies in collaboration with Prof Andrew Amis at Imperial College, London.
The fellowship has a string publication track record.

Athletic Team Coverage: none directly - but we take care of most of the English Premier League soccer teams, and English Prem rugby teams, as well as many other athletes.
