Other support that the Teaching Center can provide: The Fellows are able to order cadavers as often as needed for their practice and research.
Estimate of Living Expenses (Housing and other major costs): Our fellows are paid a 12 month salary with benefits. The Fellows are provided housing during their away rotations.

Role of the fellow with respect to Clinical, Surgical, Research, and other opportunities: Our Fellows have both clinical and research rotations, and perform surgeries at the hospitals where we are affiliated.

Research projects, research facilities and resources, cadaver labs, publication opportunities, integration of the patient and public involvement, and the role of the fellow: The Orthopaedic Foundation has a proprietary database in which we collect PROMs and clinical and radiologic outcomes data on all patients. This affords the fellows the opportunity to publish evidence-based peer reviewed literature in the area of sports medicine and orthopaedic surgery evaluating clinical outcomes and factors associated with a positive or negative outcomes to enhance patient care. The Orthopaedic Foundation also has a state-of-the-art bioskills lab with full support to refine their open and arthroscopic surgical skills and to complete anatomic and biomechanical research projects. The Orthopaedic Foundation provides research support with a Clinical Research Director and research assistants to support fellows in the completion of at least two projects annually to submit for presentation at conferences and ultimately publication in peer-reviewed journals.
