Role of the fellow with respect to Clinical, Surgical, Research, and other opportunities: The fellow will participate in all the program activities, visit , surgery and academic sessions. We have a novel research center and start publishing. The fellow will participate actively in surgery as a surgeon and first assistant. we foster to the academic session every week and presentation of complex clinical cases to discuss. we perform 1 cadaver lab per year, and small cadaver lab sessions for improve surgical skills.

Research projects, research facilities and resources, cadaver labs, publication opportunities, integration of the patient and public involvement, and the role of the fellow: we have a novel research center, now running 3 proyects , we also organize cadaver lab each year with good results.
Related Conference/Lecture Schedule: in Peru, for knee surgery we have 1 national congress, 1 Sports medicine congress and around 6 small knee courses. Most of them practical and hands on.
