Singapore General Hospital Singapore SINGAPORE Dr Lee Kong Hwee is a senior consultant with the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Singapore General Hospital (SGH). He sub-specialises in knee preservation work, such as osteotomies, knee distraction, cartilage & meniscal transplants and ligament surgeries.
