Lisboa, Lisboa PORTUGAL Pedro Diniz is an orthopaedic surgeon and researcher. Currently practicing at the Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg, he has previously worked in Hospital Ortopédico de Sant’Ana and in the Medical Department of Sport Lisboa e Benfica. His clinical interests cover traumatology, foot and ankle surgery, sports medicine, and minimally invasive surgical techniques. Pedro holds a Doctoral degree in Bioengineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon, with the thesis titled "From in silico to insight: using computational models to guide the management of Achilles tendon ruptures". As a researcher, Pedro has contributed mostly to the fields of foot and ankle pathology, computational modeling, and artificial intelligence.
