Dr. Daniel Green is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon at the Hospital for Special Surgery. Dr Green is a Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College, and Chief of the Division of Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery, His practice and research interest is the pediatric knee, with over 80% of his surgical practice focused on knee surgery in the child and adolescent. He is an author of over 200 articles and over a dozen book chapters on conditions of the knee. His research publications have centered on areas related to the pediatric knee, including classification of pediatric patella dislocations and tibial spine fractures, surgical treatment of patella dislocations with MPFL reconstruction in the growing child, and pediatric ACL surgery.
