Fransiska Guerreiro is Trauma Orthopaedics Specialist Registrar in the Wessex Deanery. She won awards as a business manager before practising medicine. She won the Royal College of Surgeons Surgical Skills competition for the Wessex region and Core Surgical Trainee of the Year during her Core Surgical Training. After she had been selected into the Higher Specialty Training Programme in Wessex for Trauma and Orthopaedics Surgery, she won a prize in the European Society of Sports Knee Arthroscopy 2022 Congress. In her spare time, she enjoys playing piano, guitar and exploring the great outdoors with her husband and daughter.
